Tribute to Keith Alexander

Keith Alexander’s achievements in football will be honoured at a Black and Asian Coaches Association forum at Stamford Bridge next week. Alexander, who died earlier this month aged 53, was regarded as a pioneer for black mangers in a career that took in Lincoln, Peterborough and Macclesfield. ‘In terms of leadership and dedication, Keith Alexander was head and shoulders above many,’ said Chris Powell, the chairman of the Professional Footballers’ Association.
